Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions and frequently requested prescriptions can now be ordered by email.

Repeat prescriptions must be requested 48 hours in advance. All prescriptions can be collected at 2.00pm  and 4.30 pm daily.

REPEAT Prescriptions will not be taken over the telephone. To order repeat prescriptions choose one of the following options:

1. Use the re-order form on the right hand side of your prescription - tick all items required - place in RED box in reception area.

2. Register with your local chemist for their repeat prescription service.

3. Use our email service.

Prescriptions for items that are ordered regularly but not on repeat must also be requested 48 hours in advance

Acute one-off prescriptions for acute conditions can be ordered daily by telephone/person between 11am and 4pm.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
