Appointments

calendarAppointments with the doctor can no longer be booked in advance.

For routine appointments please phone between 9am and 11am on the day you wish to see the GP.

After 11am, only requests for emergency appointments will be taken.

Telephone consultations (routine and urgent) are available throughout the day.

Please be aware that on days when appointments are in high demand, or we have limited GP's the decision may be taken to deal with emergency appointments only.

Nurses

Appointments for our nurses will remain unchanged. In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a nurse rather than a doctor. Our nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.  The practice operates a strict DNA (Did Not Attend) policy and patients who miss appointments consistently will be asked to find a new practice.
